Full job description

Mold Operator – $18.33–$19.00/hr | Direct Hire

We're hiring Mold Operators for a manufacturing facility offering $18.33–$19.00 per hour with the opportunity to be hired on permanently. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate molding equipment safely and efficiently

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

  • Trim, package, and label products as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety and production procedures

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required; Machine Op

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.33–$ 19.00/hour
