Job Description
This Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives within a government-focused environment, supporting the implementation of technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Palantir, GAIAA, and other emerging AI solutions. On a daily basis, they will work closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to define project objectives, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, and ensure successful project delivery. The individual will facilitate meetings, provide status updates to leadership, drive project governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. They will also help identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes and operational efficiency while ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and security standards.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives
Experience implementing AI solutions in a government, defense, or highly regulated environment
Hands-on experience supporting deployments of AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Palantir, GAIAA, or similar technologies
Strong project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management
Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of technology implementation projects and digital transformation initiatives PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications
Experience presenting strategic recommendations and business cases to executive leadership
Familiarity with Azure AI Services, OpenAI technologies, or enterprise AI governance frameworks
