Job Duties

Crate Builder

Key Responsibilities

Build wooden pallets, crates, and skids according to specifications

Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy

Inspect finished products for quality and durability

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and production instructions

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

Qualifications

Must have or be willing to use basic hand and power tools

Must understand measurements and be able to read a tape measure

Previous woodworking or construction experience is a plus

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
