Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $24 - $24 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an OSHA 30 Safety Supervisor:

• Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies

• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify, document, and help correct unsafe conditions

• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new employee safety orientations

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, and recommend corrective actions

• Ensure employees are using required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation

• Communicate safety procedures and expectations in both English and Spanish

• Work closely with supervisors and employees to promote a strong safety culture

• Perform other safety-related duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• OSHA 30 Certification required

• Previous experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or job site safety supervision preferred

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices

• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proficient in completing reports and maintaining safety documentation

• Billingual preferred

• Background check required
