Our staff of highly trained professionals treat patients holistically, considering family and living situations for the most appropriate care plan. The Homemaker Caregiver position provides: · Personal hygiene and grooming care to clients · Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc. · Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs · Reporting changes in clients' condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator · Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties · Recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner · Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families · Assisting with routine therapy exercises · Participating in case conferences as requested · Attends all required in-service education sessions · Has the ability to use computer software program and smart phone for required education · Represents the company in a positive and professional manner through a high level of customer service · Can think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when appropriate. Hourly Caregivers must have a driver's license and car with auto insurance One year of previous personal care experience at a facility or agency Two years of continuous work experience New Grad CNA's are welcome Caregivers must be comfortable driving within 30 minutes of where they live for cases.
