The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will oversee project quality requirements, inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance with contract requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in construction quality control or a related role
• Experience supporting federal construction projects
• CQM-C (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) Certification or ability to obtain
• Familiarity with RMS (Resident Management System) and federal construction documentation
• Experience managing inspections, submittals, testing, and quality documentation
• Ability to coordinate quality requirements across multiple trades
• ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) - ability to obtain • Strong understanding of MEP systems
• Experience on healthcare construction projects
• USACE construction experience
• Experience on occupied healthcare renovations
