Responsibilities Responsible for providing Dietary Education and Diabetes self-management education and training to individuals and groups according to the Scope of Practice, Standards of Practice, and Standards of Professional performance for Diabetes Educators (ADCES).
Qualifications REQUIRED

- One (1) year experience providing diabetes education to individuals and/or groups

ADCES certification or eligible for certification and will complete within six months

Registered Dietitian OR Registered Nurse with current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License
PREFERRED

Knowledgeable about current diabetes treatment management.

Lead and manage group classes. Work Hours: 0730-1600
