Production Technician
($20-$22/hr)
Job Description
Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing of modular homes where you will play a crucial role in the full-scale production of modular home parts. As a Production Technician, you will support secondary operations across various departments and assist in the assembly of components.
Responsibilities
-
Assist in the paint department with the preparation and painting of parts.

Support the beams/wall department in the assembly and installation of structural components.

Contribute to the glass/window department by assembling and installing glass components.

Work within the electrical department to assist in the installation and testing of electrical systems.

Utilize hand tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude to support manufacturing and production activities.

Maintain high standards of attendance and a positive attitude.
Essential Skills
-
Experience in assembly and general production.

Proficiency in using hand tools.
-
Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of manufacturing processes.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gardena, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
