Our client, a global manufacturer of commercial equipment, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and driven to improve processes. Unique manufacturing environment: Low Volume, High Mix

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Central Michigan

Pay Range: $80K to $85K + Bonus

What's the Job?

  • Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.

  • Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Support new product launches and process development.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis.

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.

  • Project management experience is a plus.
