Our client, a global manufacturer of commercial equipment, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and driven to improve processes. Unique manufacturing environment: Low Volume, High Mix
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Central Michigan
Pay Range: $80K to $85K + Bonus
What's the Job?

Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.

Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Support new product launches and process development.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.
What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis.

Strong communication and problem solving skills.
