Responsibilities:

  • Clean various types of dishes and utensils for cooking or serving.

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.

  • Sweep and scrub floors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Dishwasher in a high volume environment.

  • Knowledge of dishware, floors and area washing procedures

  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

  • Able to stand for extended periods.
