Jefferson Hills, PA | 13-Week Travel Contract | 40 Hours/Week
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. 10-Hour Shifts Starting at 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
-
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort

Obtain patient histories and explain procedures clearly

Operate advanced CT imaging equipment and maintain quality standards

Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Document imaging procedures accurately within the medical record
Qualifications

ARRT (CT) Certification Required
-
BLS/CPR Certification Required
-
Minimum 2 Years of Recent CT Experience Preferred

Experience with Siemens CT Scanners Required:

Siemens Xcite
-
Siemens Force
-
Siemens Xceed
-
Experience with EPIC, Clario, and Visage Preferred

Active State License as Required

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.
Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.

Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
-
A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
