Senior Advanced Dyno Test Technician

If you're an experienced Dyno Technician looking for more than routine shop work, this is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge engine and powertrain testing with a team that supports some of the automotive industry's most advanced programs.
We're looking for a Senior Dyno Test Technician who can work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and help deliver accurate, high-quality test results in a fast-paced engineering environment.
What You'll Do

Operate and support advanced engine and powertrain dynamometer testing.

Set up test cells, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and test system issues.

Read and execute engineering test plans.

Monitor test performance and ensure accurate data collection.

Perform engine installation, removal, and test cell preparation.

Work with engineers to validate test results and resolve issues.

Maintain test equipment while following all safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with engine or powertrain dynamometer testing.

Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.

Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and test procedures.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive testing environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Automotive, engine testing, or OEM experience preferred.
