Full job description

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Beratung der Kunden am Telefon
  • Verkauf von Kfz-Zubehör und Ersatzteilen
  • Online Teile-Identifikation und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung von Reklamationen

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung idealerweise aus dem Kfz-Handwerk
  • Berufserfahrung in einem entsprechenden Tätigkeitsfeld; Erfahrung in der Kraftfahrzeugteilehandelsbranche wünschenswert
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden am Telefon
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
