Job Title: Equipment Operator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to manage the loading and unloading of used oil from delivery trucks. You will primarily work with hoses and valves to ensure tanks are filled and may occasionally travel to satellite locations within a 2-mile radius.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload used oil from delivery trucks efficiently.

  • Operate hoses and valves to ensure proper tank filling.

  • Travel to satellite locations within a 2-mile radius as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in loading and unloading tasks.

  • Equipment operation skills.

  • Experience in heavy equipment and general labor work.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an industrial setting, such as recycling or waste management plants, or warehouses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in loading and unloading rail cars is preferred but not required.

  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.

  • Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rollinsford, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
