Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Company: Bloom ABA, LLC, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Location: Hybrid – Quincy, IL / Hannibal, MO (In-person with some telehealth opportunities) Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 per year (full-time) Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible options available

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

What You’ll Do As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

  • Providing direct supervision, caregiver training, and family support

  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions

  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation

  • Delivering services in-person with opportunities for telehealth sessions when appropriate

  • Staying informed on current research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

What You Bring We’re looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care.

  • Active BCBA Certification

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Active LBA licensure in Illinois (IL LBA) and (MO LBA) required

  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills

  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care

  • CPR Certification preferred

  • HIPAA Compliance Training

  • Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)

  • Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
