1ST SHIFT TIG WELDING ROLE!
Join a great company that does important work and has fun doing it!
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m., with current shifts running approximately 11–12 hours and frequent overtime extending the day to around 4:30–5:30 p.m.
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Essential Skills
-
Solid TIG welding experience in a custom fabrication environment, with at least 2 or more years of hands-on welding preferred.

Proven ability to weld thin-gauge sheet metal, particularly 16 to 14 gauge materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings for layout and welding tasks.

Strong tape measure skills and the ability to perform accurate measurements and layouts.

Experience with thin-gauge metal fabricating, including ductwork and related sheet metal products.

Comfort working with carbon steel and, when needed, stainless steel materials.

Ability to operate common metal fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, grinders, rollers, saws, drills, and plasma cutters.

Willingness and ability to work 11–12 hour shifts on a Monday through Friday schedule starting at 5:00 a.m.

Reliable, safety-conscious work habits in a welding and fabrication shop environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
