Job Description

Leads the comprehensive analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of complex Epic EHR applications. Independently resolves advanced, often cross-functional issues, driving significant enhancements and process improvements within specific application areas. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver advanced technical solutions that strategically align with business objectives.

Job Responsibility

1.Leads the comprehensive analysis of current state workflows, system functionality, and data; designing, building and optimizing highly complex Epic IT solutions with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.

2.Independently evaluates and resolves highly complex, cross-functional application-related problems and technical issues, acting as a primary technical resource and subject matter expert for assigned Epic modules.

3.Collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective Epic system designs, developing internal procedures and best practices to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

4.Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior analysts, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

5.Analyzes new Epic functionality and identifies opportunities for strategic enhancements, process improvements, and system optimizations that impact multiple projects and functions, providing expert insights for strategic planning discussions.

6.Coordinates activities with Epic technical support and other external partners, effectively managing complex issues through resolution.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related

  • experience.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

  • Epic certification, required.

  • Epic Orders certification highly preferred

The salary range for this position is $98300.00-$170100.00/year
