Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time | Savannah, OH
Company: SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) Location: In-person – Savannah, OH Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour Hours: Monday through Saturday (afternoons preferred)
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Savannah, OH.

Your Role:

Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

Support families through parent training and consistent communication

Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
