About Us:

At Parafin, we’re on a mission to grow small businesses.

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, but traditional banks often don’t have their backs. We build tech that makes it simple for small businesses to access the financial tools they need through the platforms they already sell on.

We partner with companies like DoorDash, Amazon, Worldpay, and Mindbody to offer fast and flexible funding, spend management, and savings tools to their small business users via a simple integration. Parafin takes on all the complexity of capital markets, underwriting, servicing, compliance, and customer service for our partners.

We’re a tight-knit team of innovators hailing from Stripe, Square, Plaid, Coinbase, Robinhood, CERN, and more — all united by a passion for building tools that help small businesses succeed. Parafin is backed by prominent venture capitalists including GIC, Notable Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Ribbit Capital, and Thrive Capital. Parafin is a Series C company, and we have raised more than $194M in equity and $340M in debt facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of strategic platform customers

  • Drive expansion within accounts in the form of increasing loan origination and product expansion – identify new strategic opportunities to improve marketing, drive new product adoption and integration, and unlock incremental user segments to help partners grow.

  • Drive overall account health, including capital origination performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.

  • Closely monitor KPIs for your set of accounts and conduct preliminary diagnosis on issues that may impact growth and account health. You will coordinate with internal teams and partners to help growth stay on track.

  • Support or lead quarterly business reviews and influence partners to prioritize and pursue key growth, GTM, and new product initiatives.

  • Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships to empower and inform improvements to the Parafin partner experience

What We’re Searching For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer success or partnerships role, preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments

  • Experience in a client-facing role managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product, and demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the director level.

  • Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing internal and external teams to take action based on business and partner impact.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals, and driving account expansion

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong presence with partners

  • Relentlessly navigate data and people to find answers

  • Driven to help grow small businesses

We Prefer If You Have:

  • Familiarity with working on API-driven and other technical products

  • Experience building business cases to drive strategic decision-making by your accounts

  • Prior exposure to working directly with executive/C-suite stakeholders.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve account issues and drive partner experience improvements

  • Some experience with product marketing and/or go-to-market strategy

What We Offer

  • Salary Range: $170 - 240K (OTE)

  • Equity grant

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance

  • Work from home flexibility

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Commuter benefits

  • Free lunches

  • Paid parental leave

  • 401(k)

  • Employee assistance program
