Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Greet guests as they enter and exit Attractions.

  • Support and promote the guest first policy.

  • Assist guests with special seating needs, wheelchairs, and strollers.

  • Follow procedures for house opening, operating, and cleaning.

  • Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner.

  • Support Entertainment by recommending/discussing other Attractions available to guests.

  • Observe the guests for safety and assistance.

  • Assist guests and coworkers in problem solving.

  • Be Able to track guest count with a clicker to keep accurate through-puts

  • Maintain a regular prompt attendance record.

  • Adhere to all grooming code standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment.

  • Must be able to handle stress.

  • Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.

  • Must have strong work ethics and communication skills.

  • Must have good leadership skills.

  • Must be in good physical condition: be able to stand for 20+ minutes and walk at a fast pace.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be trustworthy and work well with other team members.
