Safety Is Our Top Priority

The Mixer must understand, follow, and comply with ALL safety rules and policies . This includes:

  • Completing daily safety, housekeeping, and calibration checks

  • Safely operating all mix room equipment

  • Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspaces

  • Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safe team environment

Work Schedule

This position works a rotating shift schedule that changes every 4 weeks .

Shift length may be 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts , depending on production needs.

Shift options include:

  • 12‑Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 8‑Hour Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Candidates must be willing and able to work any and all shifts .

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate all mix room equipment and follow established procedures

  • Complete daily safety, housekeeping, and calibration checks

  • Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials and finished products

  • Understand and apply quality system procedures

  • Participate in the communication and resolution of quality issues

  • Remain proficient in all tasks listed in the employee training record

  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure responsibilities are met

  • Maintain accurate data and utilize electronic systems such as Prism, Wonderware, SharePoint, and email

  • Participate in team activities and ongoing training opportunities

  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies and standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience

  • Ability to read and write

  • Ability to perform basic math using a calculator

  • Ability to use a computer for email and electronic systems

  • Ability to read a tape measure

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Good organizational and housekeeping skills

  • Good hand‑eye coordination and physical ability to operate motor controls

  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability and willingness to complete powered industrial vehicle (PIV) training and certification , if required
