The Role

Entegris is currently seeking aVice President, Sales Operationsto joinourCommercialteam. Reporting to theChief Commercial Officer,thisrole blendssales strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional leadershipto drive revenue growth, efficiency, and compliance across global markets.The position willserve as a strategic partner to Sales, ProductManagement, Finance, and Customer Service leadership, ensuringstrategic initiatives andexecution priorities.Therole will require frequent interaction with the Chief CommercialOfficertoalign and execute the commercial strategy.Key responsibilities include forecasting,oversight of opportunity management, and driving continuous improvement.The position will also work closely withregional presidents, BUleadershipand Finance.

WhatYou'llDo

Establish and evolvethe global sales operations strategy, translating corporateobjectivesinto scalable operating models that drive predictable revenue growth across all regions.

Drive enterprise-level salesand customer serviceprocess optimization,identifyingsystemic bottlenecks and leading transformation initiatives that simplify execution, reduce friction, and increase seller productivity worldwide.

Own the global sales operating cadence, includingsales districtassignments, forecasting frameworks, incentive governance, and performance management standards.

Oversee and govern the global sales technology ecosystem (CRM, ERP, analytics, and enablement platforms), ensuring integration, adoption, data integrity, and measurable ROI at enterprise scale.

Provide executive level leadership onregionalin-qualitysalesforecasts,secureBusiness Unitalignment and driveresolution ofobstacles tooptimizerevenueperformance.

Lead global commercialbusiness reviewsand strategic operations cadencesto ensure broad alignment of strategic opportunities and alignment on key initiativeswith Sales and Business Unit Managers.

Responsible for the successful implementation ofglobal performancemeasurementfor opportunitypipeline, defining KPIs such as pipeline health, forecast accuracy,andsales cycle efficiency.

Lead, develop, a globalsales operationsleadershiporganization, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.

Partner cross-functionally to align resources, remove barriers, and deliver strategic initiatives that support company growth and performance.

Ensure global compliance and governance,aligningsales operations practices with local regulations,andcorporate policies.

15-20 years of progressive experience in sales operations, channel management, or revenue operations within complex, global environments.

Demonstrated success leading global, multi-region organizations and managingleaders atscale.

Deepexpertisein global sales processes, forecasting, territory and quota design, and operating model governance.

Strong enterprise-level communication skills, including the ability to present and influence senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.

Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.

Strong global mindset withdemonstratedcross-cultural leadership and international business experience

Proven capability in enterprise transformation, change management, and systems modernization.

Compensation: $260,000.00 - $320,000.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
