What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document and report observations according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site requirements.

Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and complete required reports, logs, and shift communications in alignment with Allied Universal and site policies.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess a valid armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
