Job Description:

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout.

  • Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.

  • Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records.

  • Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing.

  • Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return.

  • Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery.

  • Picks up return items, performs daily par cart inventories, and delivers supplies to assigned areas.

  • Establishes relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration, and provides feedback on par level adjustments.

  • Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked.

  • Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules.

  • Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possesses basic math skills. Required

  • Pays attention to detail. Required

  • Communicates clearly and effectively in English. Can communicate directly with delivery drivers and clinicians. Required
