We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our highly performing McDonald’s restaurants.

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Starting salary of $54,000 to 60,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop a strong restaurant management team

• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and operational excellence

• Monitor labor, inventory, cash controls, and restaurant profitability

• Coach and motivate managers and crew members

• Ensure outstanding customer service every shift

• Build a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability

• Train and develop future leaders within the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing restaurant operations, staffing, and financial performance

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

• McDonald’s experience preferred

• Hamburger University graduate preferred for former McDonald’s General Managers

• Valid driver’s license required
