Job Duties
Trison Solutions is looking for Full-time and Part-time Electronic Assemblers!
Success candidates will be willing to learn all positions and have a versatile mind set.

Assemble subassemblies and/or final product following instructions from matrix documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Measure and track time and material application specifications during assembly process.

Performance inspection and test procedures to ensure products conformance to specifications.

Place, wire, solder, and utilize hot soldering iron to connect and encapsulate PC boards and/or units.

Label, package, and deliver finished products to next work center or stockroom.

Adjust, repair, or replace electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.

Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.

Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.

Complete in-process inspection and fill out documents as required for each operation.

Complete, review, and maintain production, time, and component waste reports.

Assist with pack out of final product per customer requirements as needed.

Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems.

Explain assembly procedures or techniques to others workers.

Clean and maintain work center area.
Minimum Education Required
- High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required

Experience in a manufacturing environment
