Your Tasks
Conduct infrared thermographic surveys on electrical, mechanical, and process systems using IR cameras and condition monitoring tools.
Analyze and interpret high-level electrical diagrams and manufacturing process drawings.
Deliver clear and timely Infrared Survey Reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with client site personnel and TUV SUD/GRC teams to assess system health and risks.
Travel extensively across Kentucky & Tennessee to perform on-site inspections.
Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with PPE and site-specific protocols.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Maintenance/Reliability Technician or Commercial Electrician.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Certified Infrared Thermographer.
Certified Ultrasound Operator.
Military technical background in electrical or infrared systems.
Proficiency with infrared software and Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Information
The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $30/hour - $37.50/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
Expectation of 75-80% travel across Kentucky and Tennessee with periodic travel nationally.
Physical activity required: walking, climbing, bending, and carrying equipment.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: safety boots, helmet, glasses, hearing protection, Arc Flash clothing, etc.
