Full job description
OFS is seeking a technically skilled and organized individual for the role of Supply Plant Engineer. This position will combine data management expertise with direct, on-the-floor manufacturing support. This employee will maintain engineering data accuracy and work directly with manufacturing teams to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create, audit, and maintain engineering data: component parts, bills of materials, and routings in the ERP system Ensure that engineering data directly reflects real-world manufacturing practices, closing gaps between documentation and physical assembly Verify data and process standards are met, maintained, and continuously improved Implement data automation and improvement projects Collaborate on cross-departmental projects to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
Highly detail-oriented and analytical Technically minded and eager to learn new systems Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP system desired Experience with Excel, Docs, and Google Sheets preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships across both office and production plant teams
