Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)
Openings: 2 Positions Available
Job Overview
We are seeking 2 Machine Operators to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. These positions are ideal for individuals with prior experience operating machinery in a production environment and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
One position will focus primarily on machine operation with minimal inspection responsibilities, while the other will have a greater emphasis on quality inspection and the use of precision measuring tools.
Position Breakdown
Machine Operator – Production Focus (1 Opening)

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor machine performance and maintain production standards.

Perform light quality checks as needed.

Follow work instructions and production schedules.
Machine Operator – Inspection Focus (1 Opening)

Operate manufacturing equipment while performing detailed quality inspections.

Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify product specifications.

Identify and report quality concerns or nonconforming parts.

Maintain accurate inspection and production records.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery.

Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications

Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
