Full job description
Our client is a 2nd generation family-owned business that services frozen dessert machines and freezers. Due to growth seeking a Refrigeration Technician (RT) to join the team. This is a field service position. Primary duties include:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain ice cream machines, frozen dessert equipment, and commercial freezers.

Complete service work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment installations accurately and efficiently.

Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues to minimize customer equipment downtime.

Test, inspect, and verify proper operation of newly installed or repaired refrigeration equipment.

Communicate professionally with customers to diagnose issues and explain repairs, maintenance, and equipment recommendations.
Position reports to Owner/President.
Ideal candidates for Refrigeration Technician (RT) will possess the following:

Vocational or trade schooling in AC&R / HVAC. Will consider military technical training.

2+ years working AC&R / HVAC systems

Current/clean driving record as RT’s will be assigned a tool-equipped vehicle.
Pay is $30-43/hr based on experience. Hours Mon-Fri (every 6th Sat), 8:30am-5pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, etc.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $43.00 per hour
