Live-In Caregiver – HHA/CNA Boca Raton • Delray Beach • Highland Beach • Boynton Beach, FL

$175–$200+ Per Day | $1,200–$1,400+ Per Week Biweekly Pay

Milenis Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Caregivers to support adults and seniors in their homes throughout Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Approximately $175–$200+ per day

  • Approximately $1,200–$1,400+ per week

  • Biweekly pay

  • Paid orientation and training

  • RN-supervised care

  • Referral bonus opportunities

  • Supportive and responsive management Actual earnings depend on the assignment, schedule, documented compensate hours, and applicable overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Companionship and supervision

  • Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care

  • Mobility and transfer assistance

  • Meal preparation

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Dementia and memory-care support

  • Safety and fall-prevention support

  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

  • Documentation and communication with the Milenis team Qualifications

We welcome experienced:

  • HHA / CNA

  • Live-In Caregivers

  • Private-Duty Caregivers

  • Senior Caregivers

  • Dementia / Memory Caregivers

  • Personal Care Assistants Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, professional, patient, and comfortable with live-in assignments.

HHA/CNA credentials and previous live-in or private-duty caregiving experience are preferred.

Candidates must meet applicable Florida employment and home-care requirements, including required background screening and health documentation.

Service Area: Boca Raton • Delray Beach • Highland Beach • Boynton Beach and surrounding South Palm Beach County communities.
