The Role : As a Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth) at Greater Good Health, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting annual wellness visits/managing high risk patients primarily by telehealth, with possible in-home visits
• Thoroughly documenting medical histories, symptoms, and medication information
• Administering various tests and screenings
• Collaborating with the Primary Care team to ensure holistic patient care
• Ensuring timely completion of patient records, with access to electronic medical records and portals
• Providing patient education on preventative care and prescribed treatments
• Maintaining strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations What You Can Expect : This is a full-time, contract-based Nurse Practitioner position (5 days/week, 8am–5pm). The initial term is until 12/31/2026, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time employee role.

Experience and Qualifications

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license

• Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP

• 2 + years of clinical experience as a NP in either Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology or Palliative Care. Home care experience is a plus

• Working knowledge of chronic care management and various medication options

• Current DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post-hire

• Active CPR/BLS Certification
