Our 174-bed center offers long-term care and therapy for young individuals with neurological impairments, making us one of the only Special Care Nursing Facilities (SCNF) in the state.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Maintain accurate records of patient care and vital signs

Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans
