Patient Access Team Lead - Corbin Family Medicine
Job Summary:
Under general direction, manages front desk duties using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, greeting and registering patients; collecting patient payments, ensuring patient flow, and scheduling appointments. The Team Leader provides training (initial and ongoing) to the front desk staff. The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and maintaining coverage at the front desk. Maintains tracking system of errors and reports these to Manager.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required; other formal education preferred.
Clerical and computer experience preferred.
