Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) / All-Source Analyst to support a highly technical mission-focused team developing advanced RF and signal processing capabilities. This individual will bridge the gap between intelligence analysis and engineering by researching, assessing, and explaining signal characteristics, behaviors, and operational relevance to a team of engineers working on emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis of RF signals, communications systems, and related intelligence data.
• Identify, assess, and characterize signals of interest and provide actionable insights to technical teams.
• Translate intelligence findings into clear, understandable requirements for engineers and developers.
• Collaborate with software, RF, and signal processing engineers to support capability development efforts.
• Produce written reports, briefings, and technical assessments for stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, communication methods, and signal trends relevant to mission objectives.
• Support intelligence-driven development of new signal processing and exploitation capabilities.
$56hr to $86hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience conducting intelligence analysis within the SIGINT, ISR, or defense community.
• Strong understanding of RF, communications systems, and signal analysis concepts.
• Experience researching, analyzing, and reporting on signals or communications data.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience producing written intelligence products and briefings. • Experience working alongside RF engineers, signal processing teams, or technical development organizations.
• Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
• Understanding of digital communications, wireless protocols, and spectrum analysis.
• Prior military or government intelligence background supporting SIGINT missions.
• Experience supporting NSA, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.
