Job Description Role: District Coordinator Delhi Location: Delhi (North & North-East Districts) 25000/- per month + travel allowance & other attractive benefits

Preferred Qualifications & Experience • At least 1 year of experience of implementing development initiatives on ground

  • Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly (Basic Excel, Canva, etc.)

Key Results

  1. Maintaining strong relationships with district/zone stakeholders
  2. Smooth and timely district-wide implementation of programme activities
  3. Regular sharing of relevant and actionable insights from the field to inform programme improvements and decision-making

Key Responsibilities

  1. Travelling to the program locations (AWCs, Schools, Government offices, etc.) for 3-4 days a week
  2. Conducting program related trainings (for early educators, AWWs, etc.)
  3. Engaging with government stakeholders on a regular basis to create strong relationships and ensuring program-level coordination
  4. Support to the back-end operations and following the implementation plans to achieve program-related metrics
  5. Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.
