Key focus areas include Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.), Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects, and Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Important skills include Knowledge Of Cleaning Chemicals And Supplies and Health And Safety Regulations Knowledge. Preferred (not required): Cooperation.

1505 N Midwest Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK, USA | Hourly | 17.00 per hour | Part Time

Part Time Housekeeping

Midwest Territory Apartments is in need of a Part-Time housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our 176-unit residential apartment community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 25% rent discount for onsite apartment

  • Pay $17.00 per hour

  • 401(k) & 401(k) matching

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

  • Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects

  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

  • Make adjustments and minor repairs

  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff

  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a cleaner

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
