Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $15.30

Shift: Third 11:50pm-8am

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are maintained.

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.

• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.

• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
