As a Security Officer - Entry Level - Overnights in Maumee, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying site contacts when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and support traffic flow for deliveries, employees, and/or guests in accordance with location policies.

Observe equipment areas, materials storage spaces, and other restricted locations for security-related issues, and communicate maintenance, hazard, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
