Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Roofing

Target Earnings: $45K - $85K+

Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Roofing to sell NanoShield services directly to homeowners in D2D sales..

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation

  • Base pay + uncapped commission

  • On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $90,000+

  • Bi-Weekly pay

  • Bonuses and incentives available

  • Monthly Expense Allowance

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with homeowners about NanoShield's roofing services

  • Educate customers on available solutions

  • Help homeowners select the right product

  • Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Motivated and goal-oriented

  • Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods

  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
