Assembler - 2nd Shift
Shepherdsville, KY

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all required assemblies and installations on coaches while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Perform high-quality and consistent installations and assemblies within your assigned job classification and designated work area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
Work in an environment that may include regular exposure to vibration and occasional proximity to moving mechanical equipment.
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support departmental and production needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Knowledge of line installations, bench components, and assembly processes related to the assigned job classification.
Ability to perform all installations and assemblies required within the designated job classification and work area.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and written instructions, and build components or assemblies according to those specifications.
Proficient with hand tools, air tools, and various other equipment required to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to use measuring tools to complete precise and accurate work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. with assistance), perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, crouching), and work on elevated surfaces or confined spaces.
Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
Maintain regular work schedule and work overtime as needed to support production schedules.
