Job Description
We are looking for a reliable groundskeeper Technician to handle day‑to‑day repairs and upkeep across our properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, and able to troubleshoot issues quickly and safely.
Requirements:
*Grounds maintenance — Mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, and general outdoor upkeep
*Seasonal tasks — Snow removal, salting, planting, mulching
*Property cleanliness — Trash pickup, debris removal, maintaining curb appeal
*Equipment operation — Use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic landscaping tools
Qualifications
*Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
*Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
*Strong attention to detail and reliability
*Ability to life 75 +lbs
