Otterbein Franklin is a CCRC offering all levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing & Rehab. We are searching for a strong, mission driven Registered Nurse to lead our Rehabilitation Unit. This leader must enjoy being a resource to the staff they lead and the families they serve. Responsibilities
- Organize, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care.
- Perform Quality Improvement Activities for the Unit.
- Supervise all nursing staff on the Rehab unit.
- Know and Enforce State and Federal Regulations and Guidelines.
- Participate in Nursing Management Activities and Committees.
- Serve as the “on-call” nurse in charge on a rotating basis.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of approved Registered Nursing Program.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in supervisor or administrative role. Two years geriatric or long-term care nursing experience preferred.
