Full job description

Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for an available full-time Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager position.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security and utility of technology systems and related technology infrastructure for a health and human services organization with approximately one thousand end users who are geographically dispersed throughout the United States.

You will report directly to Liberty’s CIO/CTO and work closely with a talented and agile team of IT professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with operations leaders to understand business needs and opportunities and collaborating on the design, development, and deployment of effective solutions

  • Supporting application and data teams by delivering DevOps and related infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment of new capabilities

  • Continually evaluating technology processes and services to identify areas for increased value, additional efficiency and cost savings

  • Managing relationships with technology vendors and partners

  • Partnering with the organization’s Chief Information Security Officer to ensure data security and system resiliency

  • Monitoring system performance and implementing optimization initiatives

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

  • Creating and documenting standardized repeatable processes with supporting procedures

  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of the company’s technology assets and resources

  • Ensuring end user and technology support processes are consistent across headquarters and business unit operations

  • Contributing to the company’s technical disaster recovery / business continuity program

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of cloud engineers and administrators

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • At least seven years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting the Microsoft technology stack

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications, including DevOps, GitHub, Azure, and Fabric

  • Understanding of enterprise networking – including design, security, configuration and support

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining cloud-based environments

  • Ability to work well with organizational leaders, information technology professionals, and end users

  • Leadership and team management experience

  • Knowledge of data security standards and regulations, including SOC, HIPAA and NIST

This is a remote position which requires occasional travel to Liberty’s corporate office and service locations throughout the United States.
