About the role

The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to hotel guests in the comfort of their guest rooms. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hospitality while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders. What you will do

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
  • Set up trays, tables, and amenities according to hotel standards.
  • Explain menu items and answer guest inquiries regarding food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure order accuracy and handle guest requests efficiently.
  • Collect used trays, dishes, and service equipment from guest rooms and hallways.
  • Process guest payments and obtain signatures when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service area.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance the guest experience.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel food service preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, carts, and supplies up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred.​
