Day-to-Day:

Lead discovery efforts and stakeholder interviews

Define end-to-end experience strategies for enterprise initiatives

Create and maintain journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and experience frameworks

Conduct research and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations

Identify user pain points and opportunities for process improvement

Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and design stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure experience intent is maintained through implementation

Establish experience standards, governance frameworks, and scalable design approaches

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Experience Architects to support a growing portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across CRM, ERP, workflow automation, AI, and other business-critical platforms. These professionals will serve as strategic UX leaders responsible for defining end-to-end experience strategy, conducting research, translating business needs into scalable experience frameworks, and guiding cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. This is not a visual design role. We are looking for individuals who excel at understanding complex business processes, uncovering user needs, shaping experience strategy, and driving alignment between stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations.
pay rate starts at $45/hr

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience in Experience Architecture, UX Strategy, Human-Centered Design, Service Design, or related disciplines

Deep expertise in Human-Centered Design methodologies
-
Experience leading journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, and process mapping efforts
-
Strong qualitative and quantitative research experience
-
Ability to synthesize business, user, and operational requirements into scalable experience strategies
-
Experience partnering with executive stakeholders, product teams, IT organizations, and business users
-
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and design-thinking exercises
-
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
-
Proven ability to influence decision-making through research, data, and customer insights • Experience supporting Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms

Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflows, or intelligent user experiences

Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, or enterprise modernization efforts

Background partnering with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Transformation teams

Familiarity with complex enterprise environments
