Position Overview
Airline Hydraulics is seeking a strategic, data-driven procurement professional to support sourcing, purchasing, and inventory planning for our industrial product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and improving purchasing processes through data analysis and ERP-driven replenishment strategies. This is a hybrid position based in Bristol, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing

Source and purchase industrial products from approved suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements.

Build strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

Identify alternate sourcing opportunities to improve cost and supply continuity.
Inventory Planning & Analysis
-
Analyze demand, inventory trends, and purchasing data to support replenishment decisions.
-
Maintain inventory levels that meet customer and operational requirements.

Utilize ERP data and reporting tools to track purchasing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement
-
Improve procurement processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support inventory and business objectives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of purchasing, sourcing, or procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, or automated replenishment is preferred.
