Job Summary:
Ideal Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA/PCA) to join our team in Islandia, New York. Responsibilities:

Provide necessary care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional

Observe and report changes in patients' conditions, including vital signs, to the supervising nurse or other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
