Production Supervisor – Direct Hire – Kulspville, PA

Salary - $70-$100K – based on experience level

Mon-Thurs 5:30pm-2am and Friday 3:30pm – 12am

Manpower has proudly partnered with a TOP manufacturer in Kulpsville, PA with hiring a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the production floor in a machine shop environment to ensure goals are met.

The Production Supervisor will should bring a minimum of 3 years experience with CNC Machines.

Bring excellent computer skills, including CNC programming.

Must have prior supervisory experience

Independently analyzes product and equipment specifications and performance Day-to-day meeting of the production goals while maintaining both Quality and Safety standards.

Ability to identify production issues and assess best form of action to move forward.

Coordinate with Operations Manager for resource analysis and capacity planning.

Plan and assign work according to changing priorities, call offs, or mechanical issues

Motivate machine operators to accomplish production goals. Supervising a range of 15-20 production workers.

Initiate Production System to improve product flow.

Train, mentor and supervise the machine operators for continued improvement of skills and development of human capital.

Perform defect root cause analysis and mitigation.

Ensure manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance and productivity are met.
