Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support a client in their Woodburn, IN facility. The Electrical Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of capital projects focused on facility electrical infrastructure, from concept development through construction and final closeout. This role serves as both technical authority and project manager, overseeing design, budgeting, contractor coordination, and execution of projects involving power distribution systems, substations, and building utilities. The position ensures compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company requirements while coordinating across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. The Electrical Project Manager also manages external engineering partners and supports long-term infrastructure planning initiatives. This role operates in a hands-on industrial environment, balancing office-based work with field oversight and construction management. This role is standard office hours, Monday-Friday.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
5–10 years of experience managing industrial capital projects with electrical scope
Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems
Experience with contractors, consulting engineers, and construction management
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, OSHA standards and electrical safety compliance
Proven project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, risk management) Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments (plant, chemical, or food processing)
Background in utility coordination and medium-voltage systems
Experience with Arc Flash studies, power system analysis, or reliability programs
